The Hi Power copy might be interesting if they offered features that you can't get off the shelf from FN:
-Novak sight cut
-Beavertail frame
-Extended ambi safety, like the Cylinder & Slide one
-Delete magazine disconnect and modify trigger for shorter reset
The above also assumes a quality product having parts interchangeability with the original. As-is, it appears to be a copy of the older version of the BHP (including nearly unusable sights and safety), priced for not much less than a used Browning Mk III, and of unknown (but probably inferior) quality.
