How long is your moose season?

In the Okanagan its 15 days, Immature bull only.

1st august to 31st of October for the main season and otc tag for resident.

September 10 to Nov 5 in this area, but anything except spike/fork bull is Limited entry only.
I prefer eating the young bulls anyway....delicious!!

Aug.15-31 Any bull, Sept.1-Oct.31 spike fork/immature bull or 10 point or tri-palm.

Wish they'd do away with the any bull opener though, numbers have been in decline for a couple years and I can't see how that could possibly help anything.

365 a year with the buckskin credit card. But I follow the regs to hopefully help out with proper game management.

Not enough moose around for the last several years though. Have had to concentrate hunting on wolves and spring bears to hopefully help out a bit.

Thanks for that, I think Predation on calves is the reason for Ontario's decline in moose pop. Stupid politicians should stay the hell out of game management!
