A La Buffalo Bore

Please don't let the many good suggestions divert you from making the 38-200 (either lead or plated will do, or hopefully both) ASAP. There are a lot of inexpensive decent quality 38-200s revolvers circulating in Canada right now.

Ramset type rimfires are now available up to .27. Maybe in the South Korean (the PMC ammo people might be willing to check around) or Chinese shipbuilding or construction industry there could be found .32 rimfire stud drivers? Kind of a holy grail for those with all the antique .32 rimfire 'pocket' guns. Good luck with your many ongoing endeavors.

Full power 10mm for sure... I'd be all over those.

And some big and hot 45/70's... My buddy and I are casting and quenching some 500gr (weighs in at 510gr) bullets right now. Those are a great push, but I need more brass to put them in.

And I'd be in for some 300-350gr regular loads for my revolver.

45-70 500g 2000fps at $30 a box you will have a customer for life and my night stand will be filled to the brim when the big bad wolf comes calling! New and exciting Tip options would be awesome and don't be shy with the powder now boys, anyone who complains can shoot the pillowy soft Remington's (notice they didn't make it on the rifle) I want something that will devestat what's on the other end and I don't need to worrie about a follow up shot!!!

Best prices and loads I have found for comparison.
30$ HMS 405g Bear Load Flat Nose
39$ remmington 405 pillowy soft powered load Flat nose
42$ 325g Horandy Leverlution
50$ 500g Buffalo bore FMJ

Is that a gator sling and sleeve? It is awesome, where did you get it?

How about some .38 special? Tweaked to wring out as much performance as possible while maintaining safe pressures for older revolvers. 154gn LSWC with gas check. Kind of how Buffalo Bore is putting out .38-200 loads that are viable for defense.

Where are ppl seeing HSM bear loads for $30 a box?

Probably on sale at a US discount dealer in usd, so completely irrelevant for us in Canada. I see cabelas sells them for 68 can.

Site sponsor 20rnds 30$ HSM bear load. Bought 10 boxes someone else bought 5 and the rest went one off they are trying to get more in for me. This was all last month, all legit.

45-70 sounds very good.

BB puts the 430 grain hard cast lead bullet out the muzzle of a standard length Marlin 1895 45-70 approx 1950 fps.
Not an easy act to follow without pressures going into the red zone.
I don't know if they use standard cannister powders or proprietary powders in their ammo.

Fired some bb ammo loaded with the 500 grain Barnes buster bullet from a nef sb2 break open action.
Accurate ammo but I used a sissy pad paw made for me and I'm glad I did.
That stuff packs a wallop on both ends of the gun.

it should not be worse than a 3" federal slug from a light 12 ga (547 gr @1600 fps)
Now on the thread topic: I think some 9.3x62 loaded to the max with Nosler bullets(either Accubond or Partition) and better priced than Norma, RWS & Sako.

That is a pretty awesome deal then, considering they are now selling for more than that in the US and in USDs. I know of one site sponsor that had some in a couple of years ago for a decent price but the landscape has changed considerably since then.
