Opinion on WARTAK 9MM AMMO?

Hi guys,
Bought re-manufactured 9mm(124 gr/brass/copper plated/Rn) ammo brand name Wartak 1000 rnds for $259.99 + tax (0.29 cents per unit)

Was wondering if anyone had any issues worth talking about?
Is there cheaper out there? other than reloading

I use this stuff in my Norinco NP-22.. 1500 rounds in the last 5 weeks down the pipe and not one single mis-fire, squib or FTF.... I swear by this stuff- easy on the wallet and great on the range!
 
My range has it as house Ammo, some of it failed their own "magnet" test for steel. 1 squib out of first 200 rounds, first squib in 2 yrs of shooting.
 
There was a thread on Tenda's subforum, it was deleted today, there has been quite a few squibs and some duds. One guy had 5 squibs his first trip to the range.

One guy had a kaboom in his glock and it blew the magazine out of the gun.

That's the one, and explains why I couldn't find it thanks.
 
I've known 4-5 people who use them in IDPA and IPSC. I'd guess many thousands of rounds shot between them and not one mention of a squib or even a light load. If they had a negative experience, I can't see them continuing to use them in competitions.
 
Perhaps some guns like Glocks, known to be picky with some ammo, aren't performing as well. My CZ eats up pretty much anything.......just a thought.
Anyways, I will be using them in my newly built 9mm AR which uses Glock mags, I'll bring a Glock and the CZ SP01 and see what happens.
I'll do a thread update after range time.
The price is definitely great.
 
I was the one that had the kaboom in the Glock 17. Happened half way through the brick of 9mm back in March.

Did anyone get Nicole's email from Wartak? They deleted the thread today and I didn't catch it.
