AR Red Dot

Never tried the Burris but the Vortex is nice. For a red dot though you would want the Strikefire or Sparc.

Also to consider, I am running a Holosun 502c right now and I have nothing bad to say about it so far.

I have had a Burris AR 332 for years... and its been an excellent sight for the money. Bought a Spitfire 1x recently for my FABARM STF12, its seems like a really nice optic for the money, but my only grip with it so far is the rubber lens caps that come with it are ALWAYS FALLING OFF need to crazy glue the sh!t out of them or maybe add electrical tape.

I'm in the minority on this one, but still I'm still a fan of Eotech. Not uncommon to see them in the 350-450 range.

There are definately advantages to EOTechs, mainly the tint-free glass and the lack of FOV distortion most red dots have, and no seperate mount to buy. But the disadvantages, mainly the lack of battery life, outweight them by a significant margin. Then there's the whole shifting zero under T° changes oopsie.

I have a lot of experince in this.

I now have:
4 rifles that have aimpoint micros
1 rifle has a specter dr
2 rifles have acogs ta31
1 rifle has a browe
1 rifle has a nightforce

so you can guess what I favor
