That looks interesting.
I bought the Level Level Level and it's a bit of a pain.
Here is one that caught my attention.

small magnetic level(or just the tube of the bubble) on top of rail/mounts/scope.
Plumb bob at other end of my shop.
the segway is good if you have a flat surface to put in. if it rounds it will be so so ...
Korth is the distributor so any sellers of Leupold can have it.
i used for years a lead end rope as the contractors in europe are using when they built masonry. >>> Its a plumb bob !
to use bubble you need to be sure the surface you are working is even and there is only a few lol ...
I level mine with the old plumb bob at 50 feet alignment method.

i want to see someone outside with a rifle explaining that is just sighting thr scope ....

It's a "buy once cry once" kinda thing, howver if your moving scopes around to different rifles you can't go wrong. YMMV
DEAD LEVEL RETICLE LEVELING DEVICE
The Badger Ordnance Dead Level is the most simple and accurate way to level your scopes reticle for maximum performance at extended ranges. Simply attach your scope and rings to the Dead Level, level the device with the precision thumbscrews and align the reticle with a vertical plane. Instructions included. Machined from Aerospace Grade Alloy and Mil Spec Type III Hardcost anodized.
Spuhr or Arisaka defense both make great wedge style levers. I would say the Arisaka is slightly more versatile though.

I'm not an expert but personally, I would use this device only with one piece mounts/unimounts.
I always hated to remove the scope with separate rings still attached to the scope.
