Toronto gunsmiths?

Toronto to Newmarket is not an hour. Start at 404 and Steeles and drive 20 minutes north on the 404 and tell me where you are. Tactical Ordnance is closer to Bradford so coming from the 400 would be quicker imo.

It is 1 hour for me in Toronto. I dont live at Steeles. Steeles is bordlerine out of Toronto. I am downtown Toronto . Either way if there is nothign around Toronto i will use them.

You certainly with not find someone paying 5-10g a month in rent for a space downtown for mills and bins of loose screws.

There a lot of small machine shops all over the GTA.

I have had many barrels cut and crowned this way.

Also had barrels threaded for brakes by them.

Just downloaded drawings of what I wanted done.

Fast turnaround time too.

I have also had stocks refinished at furniture places, gunsmiths are scarce.

I wouldn't. They've had a shotgun of mine for over a year and when I call or email 'they'll look into it' then never get back to me. It is a junker but had lots of sentimental value, probably keeps getting pushed to the back of the pile because it isn't a big money maker on their part.

Yup... Casey at Tac Ord.

He recently told me that a job I asked about would be far too expensive to pull off and would not be worth it to me.

That might sound odd, but I respect the hell out of any service supplier who is honest enough to think about MY best interest, and not just take the job and my money, knowing I wouldn't be happy in the end.
