I was looking at some S&W barrels on Gun Parts Corps website and noticed a line
stating that "Shipment outside of the United States is Prohibited". Actually all the barrels they sell
have that line.

I think your best bet is Western Gun Parts or maybe a chat with one of the importers that are sponsors of the board.

I found a 5" 27 barrel to fit to one of my 4" 28's at Armco.
