CSSA & CSAAA Join to start legal action- Ruger 10/22 mags

Just joined the CSSA and donation sent ! Everybody that can... Please band together and donate.
I also am not a 10/22 owner but we need to keep them in check with all these
ridiculous directives they keep coming up with.

Our whole family just joined the CSSA and got a family membeship as well. I have a 10/22, but no affected mags, regardless we have to stand together on these and other arcane incoherent laws on this stuff. My wife and I just joined the CPC as well, will be contacting our CPC MP for our area next week.

Sweet unity guys and girls, I actually asked myself "what are they fighting about in this thread?" expecting another waaaay off topic derail brawl of childish banter but it seems this train ain't stoppin till it gets to the RCMPs front door. Proud of you guys, lets stick together and fight this.

lol :) no brawl, just pure awesomeness. finally unity at last

and not just us on here, 3 I've talked to about this in person/on the phone today surprised me and wanted to donate too

I too am truly impressed with the unity and maturity displayed by Canadian gun owners over this issue. I know, we all enjoy the "tinfoil hats" and "chrome lined" comments, but this display of solidarity has actually given me hope for our Canadian gun culture for the first time in my life as a firearm enthusiast. Let's keep it up and keep it positive.

  1. Contributed $100 to legal fund.
  2. Already a member of the CSSA.
  3. Joined the class-action suit.

Still need to write the letters to my MP, PM, and SM.

so can i legally use my 10/22 mags of more than 10 rounds at this point?
i dont want all the back and forth.if an opp stops me on my farm and asks...is it still legal today or no?

getting everyone I know to donate. Does anyone have any nice pre-written letters I can send out to my MP. I will edit them slightly to fit my taste. Thanks.

Joined for 2 yrs. Donated $100 to the 10/22 +10 fund and will be joining the class action suit. I will most definitely be writing my MP, Public Safety Minister, and Prime Minister. I will definitely be writing a negative review of those RCMP officials that I see have their hands in this egregious act of criminalizing me. I will definitely be actively campaigning to have friends, family, and anyone who will listen to do the same. I also encourage those members of the RCMP who enjoy shooting sports to do the right thing, be vocal, and fight this from within.

You are asking a million dollar question, myself, your lawyer and everyone on this forum can only offer you their opinion. Right now we have different opinion coming from the RCMP, I suspect this is nothing more than the opinion of an RCMP civilian employee. Only Parliament and a Court of Law can make a legal decision. Right now the best advice is to "sit tight and hide your mags" Time to join the class action and raise hell with your MP. Even the information given out by the RCMP is ambiguous and unclear.

Guys where is that website that shilled out pre made letters and had every MP's address listed??? It was used when we started battling against s-223
