Wonderful. So the RCMP once again interpret, and make, new law (10/22 mags over 10 rds now prohib devices). Do they not know that only Parliament can make law, and only the Courts can interpret law? Yet with the stroke of a pen, overnight, they have once again created tens of thousands of Criminals (I believe there is still a minimum sentence for this under the Criminal Code??).
I appreciate that the various shooting sports associations are planning a class action suit about this in the Courts.
Please forgive my cynicism - however, I think anyone who adds their name to a Class Action Suit, will basically just be adding their name to the list for the police to knock on their door to check if they have these horrific prohibited devices.
