Akkar Churchill Orcap II

Didn't put 10k rounds through mine, but from I saw with mine, it wouldn't surprise to see them hold up as long. Beretta & Browning quality isn't what it was 10 years ago.

Not if you compare to a $15k Beretta SO 5.

In the last year, new 2 686's at our club;Failure to fire second barrel(required a teardown and cleaning, had 1000 rounds on it), locked up and couldn't be opened(sent to warranty to be fixed, 5th box of shells, broke a pin internally, factory Rio loads), Browning 425, extractor broke(Browning warrantied parts & labour), K80 failure to fire second barrel(required a teardown and cleaning). Beretta on the comestic side seems to trying to save money on finish, by using less of it and using stickers intead of nice wood and charging premium for it. We have a newer DT-10 at the club that has a fit & finish on par with my Remington 870, at the price they are charging, their is no excuse for cutting corners. Even the S-05 shown above, note the proud wood on the right side of the receiver and could be the angle, the barrels appear smaller than the receiver and the crossbar isn't all the flush.
