Ya pretty stoked. We will be at a hunting cabin with electricity! So I am bringing the young gun - he's 9 so next year he will have his youth license and can pop his own!

That's awesome! Way to go getting the young lad out there!

My 2 girls got their first bucks last season - both on day one of the youth season. They are both hoping for a repeat this year, but they also won a bull moose group draw with their mom and grand-mom, so they can take 2 bulls up the road a bit in November.

We all applied for does but nobody got one. Oh well, it's not like it's THAT hard to find bucks. ;)

P.S. Forget the youth licence. He can do his CORE and get his own bag limit when he turns 10.
