Charger? :) They should re-market that thing, as the kiddie/cadet rifle.
does ruger make a 10-22 for kids? if no do you have any youth model 22 riflles? thank you :)

I hear what you're saying. I let my 6 year-old, gear up and pull the trigger recently. Even the takedown model, was just too big for her to manage/hold properly (even though I was holding it, and she was just 'mock' holding it). Still a bit early for the .22 imo.

My daughter managed the 10/22 compact (they're a little shorter/lighter in the front where the kids need it) at 7 years old and by 10 is was easy peasy for her to rattle the cans at will...

With the archangel 556 stock the butt collapses enough that my 7yo can shoulder the firearm, it's still too heavy though in the front to steady from a standing position. I just put a bipod on it and throw a carpet on the ground. Both kids (7 and 9) love hitting the gongs and making them ring.
