TT33. Ammo question

Thank you for the suggestions
the norinco has a magnetic bimetal jacket so its a fail
i have emailed ammo source about the other to test if a magnet sticks to the bullet
not enough detail given ,
ranges dont just care about the core if the jacket is magnetic they deny its use as well
cheers

I never thought I'd get into reloading.... I shoot 1000s of rounds of 9mm but that didn't really convince me.... I shoot 100s of rounds of 7.62x39 but that's so cheap that it isn't worth reloading...

Then I started shooting 100s of rounds of tokarev...

1 - The stuff is cheap-ish but getting harder to get
2 - Factory loads are HOT, hand gets sore after a while and anyone in the next 3-4 positions at the range gets pelted with the ejected brass
3 - Very difficult to get projectiles that aren't "sparky" which is an issue in the summertime when things get dry at the range and is always an issue for indoor ranges
4 - No supplier in Canada brings in the PPU JHP ammo, all you can get is FMJ

Time to reload!!!

got the s&b and looks like a winner passes the magnet test
we will see what the range says but should be good
pricey way to shoot but still cheaper than 45
ill let ya know what the range says

I buy mine at my local shooting range (they allow me to shoot their stuff hahaha) no test, no questions where they came from. Price little higher than 9mm but i don't shoot my tt33 every week.
