Job Opening: General Warehouse Helper

Canada Ammo has a position open for GENERAL WAREHOUSE HELPER in North Vancouver, BC

Duties consist of, but not limited to:

Cleaning
Order Picking
Organization
Shelf restocking
Inventory
Assembly of Shelving and Racking
Unloading Containers (heavy lifting)

As you can see this position is very broad. It requires a VERY organized and conscientious person who can operate alone and unguided.
The idea applicant is a self starter who is very motivated and enjoys hard work.

Applicants must be fit, reliable and have excellent hand/eye coordination.

Applicants must have an RPAL

Forklift experience is an asset, but not necessary.

Its harder to find entry level laborers in the city. most of the entry level workers are fruity baristas who live with 10 other hipsters in a rental house.

Surrey and East is where manly ticketed warehouse labor typically lives.

I think having an RPAL and being on the North Shore is restricting applicants. I've got twenty five years warehousing, shipping and receiving, trucking and logistics but the drive from Pitt Meadows would SUCK.
