Just wondering if anyone here has any sources for cheap beretta 96 mags factory, promag mec gar or whatever, the prices I've been seeing locally are up to 4X what I'm seeing online in the states. I'd like to buy in Canada if possible. Thanks in advance for any info.
 
I got my my Mec-gar's from that dealer that is no longer on the top banner, reasonably priced, but they fly out of stock pretty quick.

If you are just looking to blast away, if you find cheap beretta factory 92 mags (only beretta factory, not mec-gar), they should be able to feed .40, but you do lose 2 rounds I believe.

Are you talking about NRM or the other guys who left in a cloud of controversy? Personally, I'd never give the latter another dollar of my money.
 
I bought a 96 mag from NRM. Came riveted for 10 rounds of 9mm instead of .40 SW. My email to them were ignored so I just fixed it myself by moving the rivet to the right place, but it's prevented me from buying anything else from them. YMMV
