Just got off the phone with TNW in Oregon. Great guys and great prices. They offer a match trigger for the ASR and it very affordable $45 complete. Hand fitted and polished in house. Ordered it up right away and got them to ship two extra Mil- Std 1913 rails and extra parts kit. I highly recommend giving them a call, Cheers all.

The match trigger is not currently on there website. I was told about it when I called. It should make for a good review. There was also talk of a longer extended barrel nut with more accessory mounting options in the works.

So they ship parts to Canada?

I just took maybe 5min and did my own trigger job, the trigger is as nice as a AR15 now.

But it is good to know they are actively supplying decent costumer service. And ship parts to Canada.

Extending the barrel nut would still leave it free floated!! I've been trying to attach an Magpul MOE mossberg 500 forend (similar inside dimensions) to do an equivalent. This would save me some work:)

lol am I the only one that hates this firearm? Had nothing but problems since I got it. Finally got the parts for a new ejector and extractor. Installed the extractor properly and fit well but the ejector was a ##### to put it. In holes would not line up perfectly to bang in the roll pins. The ejector was actually sitting too high by about 10 thou. What an incredible pain in the ass after all was said and done. Going to take it to the range this weekend to make sure it fires and ejects properly.

Polished the hammer and sear wear they meet, sanded/filed them as well so the trigger had more of a neutral engagement instead of the rather generous negative engagement it had before...

I thought u were going to sell ur ASR and buy a CX4 ? Haha

Got the cx4 and still have the ASR. I was waiting for the parts to come in to fix it before I can sell it ;)

TNW shipped me new cross pins, ejector and extractor. Installing the new extractor was not too hard but the ejector was a ##### to do. Like I said slamming out the roll pins then putting the new ejector in was a pain in the ass. The ejector was not meeting the holes as it was sitting about 10 thou too high. Had to shave her down for it to seat properly. What a pain. But yes, I am going to range test her then sell her most likely. The cx4 is much more reliable and feels great in my hands. Only downside is the overuse of polymer and the ####ty trigger IMO. May buy the SP trigger upgrade. Not sure yet.

I see a two stage trigger listed now, no mention about being any sort of "match" trigger though. Is that the one you are talking about?
No not the two stage trigger. They offer a match trigger but it's not listed on the web site. Supposedly hand fitted and polished sear, hammer, springs and shoe. Makes for less pre travel, cleaner break and approximately 3.5 lb pull.

I have been trying to contact them. They read my messages but no response. Pretty irritating...

oouuu how hard do you guys think it would be to take out the trigger housing and put in the competition trigger
Very easy. If you have ever had a Ruger 10/22 trigger apart your laughing, they are very similar. Two take down pins and two fire control pins with C clips. Remove hammer, sear and trigger and replace.
