Location for indoor range near GTA?

Best place east York on a side street near burmundsy in the industrial area near the dump. They can't say anything no housing near by.

There are lots of indoor ranges north east of the 401-400 junction. Nothing north west of it. South of the 401 you will never find land or get all the signoffs. Honestly, east of the 404/DVD or the Caledon area would be the best to cater to the GTA people. There are lots of clubs west. Not too many east.
 
Anything south of Steeles Avenue is GTA. So go up north east or west say 30 mins and max 1 hour. All clubs within this range are all booked solid and have waiting lists to next and likely the following years. If you open one, your range will be fully booked in no time.

So this means people from Toronto are willing to drive 2 hours one way or 4 hours round trip to go to your range. Definitely need more ranges.
 
Look for Durham Region like most have said, especially with the 407 running through north of most of the major population centres with the 412 and 418(soon) running up from the 401. Just please don't have ridiculous $600+ a year range fees like another 'just outside the GTA' club. I know you gotta make money as it's a substantial investment.

There is an old Zeller's that has been vacant for 1/2 a decade now at the 401 and Simcoe in Oshawa that is probably the perfect size for an indoor range.

"Most"...? It seems most have suggested west, north/west and north. Basically starting in Mississauga and working out from there.

There's way more highways there (in Peel Region and area) anyway. 400/401/407/409/410/427/QEW/2/5/7/9/10/27/50... just to name a few.
