Insite arms in Lloydminster Alberta does Cerakoting. I've never used them personally but know a guy who has and he was happy.

Casey at Tacord, and he specialises in 1911 work, so have everything you want done at once. And he does answer e mails. You won't hear a bad word about his work

I hate dredging up an old thread but this bothers me. I don't ever remember quoting 4-6 weeks for a job. Perhaps it was because I was going to be away in September for two weeks moose hunting. Regardless, times change daily, but my average is 3-4 weeks. I'm pretty busy these days and I'm a one man shop. Occasionally stuff happens but I do my darndest to not go over the 4 week mark. Have a good one.
