I'd take the Sako, unless you really believe that a "dangerous game" rifle, (the 416 Rem falls in that category) requires a controlled feed action, then get the Winchester.
I have a Sako AV Hunter model that was originally a .416 Remington Magnum and subsequently re-barreled to .458 Lott. Excellent factory trigger. Very fine fit-and-finish and very accurate in both calibers. I had the same choice back when I purchased this rifle and decided on the Sako although I like the controlled round feed of the Model 70.
