What happened to the Hawke Sport HD 3-9x40 Rimfire SR?

I was reading the 2015 BC Outdoors Hunting edition and saw this Hawke rimfire scope with great reviews,but nobody seems to be carrying it.What happened?

The original hawke rimfire scope seems to have an adjustable parallax,is the new one set at 75 yards?

D&L Airgun carries a selection. I got a Sport HD 3-9x40 AO IR from them for an airgun. Quick to ship, good to deal with. Other airgun companies carry them as well.

Picked up a couple from airgunsplus.ca in Saskatchewan and then one of the 4-12's for a 17 HMR. The guy was great to communicate with and shipped fast. He shows 7 in stock of the 3-9.

Purchased mine from Kodiak Hunting Supplies in Barhead. Not sure on the parallax...

I paid $159 and couldn't be happier! Crystal Clear Scope, Fit & Finish Excellent, and like I mentioned before... it WORKS!!!!!!!


However... I purchased the Hawke Vantage IR 4x12x40 for my .22Mag. It as well is glass etched from 100-300yards. I wasn't happy with it. Not sure if it was the ammo or scope... I put it on, shot about 200rds, took it off and it's in with my collection of stuff... Paid $248 for it. The glass is clear, scope is nice, adjustable parallax, but not for me....
