Huh I just read that both companies use shilen blanks for this type of barrel profile...


FWIW, the Rainier Ultramatch is a Shilen blank that's been worked over by White Oak. Their Match series was done by Black Hole Weaponry.

Thanks. Just caught up to this thread. Yes the Rainier Ultramatch barrels are from Shilen blanks.

The bead blasted finish on the Rainer Ultramatch barrels are identical to the White Oak Armament ones.

Hand loads. 69gr SMK behind 25gr Varget. Keep in mind, I'm definitely not a great shooter.

Here's a target when I was load testing. Ignore the top left group as it's only 4shots. I should've started at center to adjust my optics.

It's a 1:7 twist. Let me know how those Privi's work out. I shot some Campro 55gr in my DDM4V5 with 25gr Varget and was getting about MOA. I was expecting about 1.5-2MOA.
