For a hunting shotgun? Neither one. However, the Grizzly should allow you to mount an Remington 870 barrel which opens-up allot of hunting possibilities. A 12.5" CYL barrel on a shotgun is about the last barrel you'd want in a hunting application.
I've owned a 12.5" Grizzly, and plan on getting another. However, my 870 with a proper barrel does the hunting.

22LRGUY has a good point about the barrels. You will have the advantage with a Grizzly as it will fit most aftermarket 870 stuff. However, the Sinsinatis all come with barrels threaded for chokes and 3 chokes to choose from. Many are sold with a second barrel.
The big question is...." do you want to modify the heck out of your shotgun(grizzly) or just get one that works well?(Sinsinati)
The Sinsinati fit and finish is better than the chinese 870, and the function is on par.
For value you cant beat the Sinsinati with a second barrel.

The grizzly has the advantage of taking readily available Remington 870 parts, if you need to replace something. Most people seem to report that standard 870 parts are 100% interchangeable. Some people are saying great things about the Turkish shotguns in terms of fit and finish, but I know someone that has a Turkish shotgun (not the Sinsinati) and even several replacement parts from the same brand didn't fit as there appears to be a variance in parts sizes within that Turkish brand. You would think that all small parts should be interchangeable, but that may or may not be the case. The Sinsinati may have better quality control though than that Turkish shotgun and perhaps more exact sizing of small parts, but it has made me more shy about anything coming out of Turkey.

Both canadaammo (grizzly) and Corwin arms (Sinsinati) are good to deal with though.

I was in same dilemma recently and opted for the DA Grizz.
Both are good choices. Main reason I went with DA is 870 replacement parts. For the intended use of this particular SG that decision was the clear one. If I did't require some particular mods and wanted to keep it stock would probably have went with the Corwin SG.

I'll chime-in once more~all great points. I've spent allot of years shooting 870s (police, express, wingmaster) as well as a fair amount of time with Grizzlies. With the $350 asking price on those Grizzlies now vs. the good deals you can get on 870 Expresses, I can't imagine why you'd choose a Grizzly unless the hunting component of shotgun ownership is an afterthought. (not assuming, I'm asking) The Grizzlies are robust guns, but no better than the 870 Express from my experiences. Personally, if you're trying to justify the 12.5" Grizzly purchase with the notion of adding a hunting barrel down the road~have at it! However, there are some great 2-barrel combos available with the 870 Expresses a few times a year, you may end-up spending less and have a Remington-branded gun when the dust settles.
Yes...I know the pros/cons of Expresses but I've had them work perfectly, and had others that needed 10 minutes of TLC to run perfectly. No biggie. My Grizzly needed more than that, including smoothing-out some roughly-stamped parts so I didn't cut my fingers when I stripped it down! lol I think there is a compromise in either case, but my vote (for a hunting gun) would be to bypass the 12.5" barrel idea.

The main reason I would go with the sinsinati over the grizzly is the weight. Those grizzly's are heavy suckers! If it's light you're more likely to have it with you, or in your hand, less likely to pack it on your back or set it down to rest, etc. I doubt either one will be any more reliable than the other, but the gun that is in your hand most often will serve you better if a bear does happen by.
I've looked at the internals on both and the sinsinati is far and away a better made gun. And yes, the standard grizzly synthetic stock is a clunker, makes the gun weigh at least a pound more.

Admittedly the stock and forend are very heavy on the Grizzly and I immediately got rid of them for Hogue sets. So that cost needs to be factored in if weight is the concern.
Steel receiver vs aluminium. Weight difference of course but one will absorb more recoil than the other so that needs to be factored in as well.
