Drop in today, didn't know I had to make a appointment. Ok that's fine, so I called... it goes straight to the automated message, it tells you open 9 to 5, due to high volume work load, no one will be there to answer the call but if you try between 12 to 4 pm, you be sure to talk to a person on the other end. Ah huh! CALLED A BUNCH OF TIME BETWEEN 12 - 4, I GOT NOTHING!!! You could be the best gun smith in the world, but if I can't get thru to you, what's the point, at least Joe Bob down the road has a face and talk to me.
 
I placed an order for mags and a break once for the VZ and had awesome service, Actually he went outta his way and looked for the break that said was accualy outta stock on the website and sold me the last one. They answered during thos hours and were great to deal with. Fast shipping, No complaints from me!

Also, they cut me a deal on bulk mag orders. Very happy. A+ in my books.
 
so you decided that a few phone calls when they are probably super busy was enough for a thread telling them they are a joke?. hell, one day i called another sponsor on here about a rifle they had and i really wanted it, i ended up driving from coquitlam to maple ridge through some stupid parade to get it, got to the store, and it was slammed busy, i called non stop for awhile trying to get through, sometimes people get busy,shte happens though.. try your luck another day?

I hear what you're saying, we all have a bad day but I get this feeling I can call tomorrow and it be the same. But with that being said, I worked in retail and customer service, no normal customer is going to jump through that much hoops to be served. If you're that busy, you must be making great money, with volume comes expansion, having a face for your company is the bare minimum!
 
I can't believe how some people jump to social media immediately upon not getting their way. Talk about the entitled generation..... Who knows, maybe the guys basement flooded and didn't open shop today???? #### happens. To go on here calling them a joke???? Really?
 
LOL! They're to busy to axe me! How bout that! And if I did get axe, that's how deeply I feel about this I'll start a new one, two can play this game.

You're way too high strung. You have not been cheated or wronged in any way, but "feel this deeply" about one day of not getting through to a gunsmith? What happens if someone makes a mistake on your order???
 
having been a technician in real life, which for those of you that don't know is on the same level as a gunsmith , you primary is to FIX things , not answer the gd 'phone- many times our service department would the let the 'phone go hang if both hands were busy- and how about getting a proper command of the queen's English- axe is a tool for splitting wood or slang for an electric guitar, not a substitute for ask
 
It was late at night when this thread was started, so obviously the OP wasn't expecting a response from the business.

When the business is open and when they see this thread, they can reopen the thread and respond, if they decide they want the OP for a customer.

So sorry we couldn't meet your sterling expectations. We did indeed have a bit of an emergency yesterday and were not able to be here for one whole day. Please Sir, do keep in mind that we are a MANUFACTURING facility and not a run-of-the-mill retail store. I beg your pardon we were not able to serve you yesterday but if you would just give us one more chance maybe we could rectify the situation and do our best to please you ?
