What's the deal with prices on exhnage of shotguns?

Sorry thought I'd vent. If you have to bump something more than 10 times your over priced. If your gun is from the 70s and you think you can charge essentially 10% off in comparison to new prices you're on glue.....

A 1980's BPS 12 gauge selling for $750 set me off and I had to get that out. A BPS isn't a fine wine, and doesn't age like one either. I'm sure I'll get flamed by people but I understand, just my two cents, or according to the rules of EE my 5bucks.
 
Buy, don't buy, your choice. The multi-week bumps also makes me wonder if some people are clueless or just fishing for a sucker. I always get a chuckle from reading "Thinning the herd" and "First I'll take it, wins". As if you just won a free prize. My favourite is "Local sale only" without saying where local is. Too funny.

Anything priced reasonably is gone in an hour or less. I've sold items in minutes for what I thought were fair prices. Not amazing deals.
Keeping with the weekly EE rant though. The non replies followed by changing the add to sold drive me nuts. Even if it's a couple of days late, just frigging reply!!
 
The best is all the Winchester 1200s 1300s and 1400s ranger 120s etc that are priced at $350-500. Goddam brand new SXPs are selling cheaper. Lol.
 
I bid on a coach gun last week, I emailed the guy 2 times no response, saw him BTT last Sunday and wrote him right away asked what's up? Finally got pictures texted. I made an offer, admit a bit low but I was prepared to pay full price. No counter offer just got an insulting text with accusations he knew who I was and his friend warned him about me doing this to him....most bizarre EE moment to date.

Totally prohib, according to the latest RCMP bulletin, a slidefire variant, since it was originally designed for the Lee-Metford.

Which is why I like to complain about wirecutter prices on the EE. People want $600 for a Marstar reweld Norinco wirecutter, It makes me soooo angry, lol.
