I owned a hi-point in 40sw. It never failed. Ever. I only shot 1200 rounds through it. It was huge, clumsy, super-creepy trigger, ok sights, fixed barrel so the great accuracy was explainable. I only took it out at the range WHEN NO ONE WAS THERE. Usually 7am or 930pm. I think I may have near given it away.
