Hello and good afternoon. I'm currently looking for some one who can do a bent volt with the bolt I have but I have no idea where to look.

He has had a good reputation for many years now with the US Mosin Nagant crowd.
Not sure if he ships to Canada anymore, but I did get a bolt from him several years ago. A+ work.

if that's the goal, I would purchase the belt bolt and use it, then put the original one back in if you decide to sell or what the numbers to match. going back in time, id have purchased one to use instead of doing the bolt kit.

Exactly... Modifying a numbers matching piece basically negates the whole numbers matching thing.
