Have a customer that owns a 357 four barrel 357 mag set. Looking to perhaps sell it. Issue is, the two shortest barrels are under 4.2" so its currebntly registered as prohibited. So, we have a few options, destroy the two short barrels, and apply to have registration changed to restricted. Sell as as prohibited, or sell in the USA which means time and money getting it exported. I have pics if anybody is interested in offerring advice or interested in buying. We do not have it here yet, pending deciding what to do with it.

sell it with the 2 NR locally/online, advertise the 2 prohib barrels separately. Gotta be some 12-6 guys in Country with a 6" Dan Wesson that would love to add some short ones to the collection.

I have a few Dan Wessons .357s, one of which was also prohibited but switched to Restricted. Turn in the one barrel that the gun is registered under, swap the revolver to Restricted body only. Sell the left-over shroud and other prohibited barrel/shroud assembly in the States - they have a much higher value down there anyways.

The seller sent me the 2.5" shroud and 4" shroud, which I then had a custom 4.25" barrel made for it, I traded the 2.5" shroud with a fellow in the States for some rare pistol scope rings.

What are the other barrel lengths? Are they heavy under lug and vented? If so, I may be interested.

Custom 4.25" barrel in 4" shroud:

keep it together and sell as a kit, its worth more in the long run.

its sweet to go from 2" to 6"

I miss the one i sold 10 years ago.

Actually, lots of people in the States are splitting up pistol packs and selling them in pieces and getting big dollars by doing such. Clay sent pics, and this is a gorgeous 15-2.
