The overall length with stock extended is 20.4 inches 26 inches is required. Weld the stock open and find another 5.6 inches and you got it.

It isn't a pistol. It is classified as a rifle. It is also rim-fire, so as a rifle it has no limits. As the Skorpion pistols are prohibited by OIC, they aren't commonly available so the 10 limit won't ever apply like they did in the 10/22.
