About freaking time NS, I've been drooling over this for about a year now.
When can this be ordered?
Right now at your local NS dealer.

Are conversion uppers here on the same batch also?
Anyone know here one can source the wooden grips and if they will fit?
This is awesome. Does anyone know of a retailer on the east coast? Or some good online options?
Thanks NS!

It isn't a pistol. It is classified as a rifle. It is also rim-fire, so as a rifle it has no limits. As the Skorpion pistols are prohibited by OIC, they aren't commonly available so the 10 limit won't ever apply like they did in the 10/22.

But they refer to it as a pistol 5 times in the description and it is clearly designed to be fired by one hand. lol I realize that you don't make the rules but just pointing out the facts. And the original vz61 is a machine pistol. I just can't understand how this is classed as a rifle yet the ruger charger is a pistol.

this has a butt stock, a butt stock is on a rifle... the Ruger Charger has no butt stock, only the pistol grip...
It's a different gun compare to other centerfire variants. Where did you get the information that conversion uppers are available?
