so I bought my Deer Lic a couple of hrs ago, was $41.25, I believe, if memory serves:redface:. I was just about to buy an Upland Game Bird Lic too, for $27.__ when Jr spotted in the Hunting Guide that I won't need one this yr! I'm gonna be 65 in 5 days time:rockOn:. I was going to go pre-hunting trail scouting tomorrow with my best Pal (my dog) and maybe pick up a few grouse along the way, but I guess I'll leave my new Citori 20 ga o/u at home until next week!:(
 
I thought our hunting licences were expensive at thirty four dollars, which includes deer and upland birds, but at 41.25, and then 27. dollars on top of that for birds, you guys are really getting gouged.

In Ontario, you need to have your small game licence so that you can have your migratory bird permit. So even if you only want to shoot birds (federal sticker) you need the small game provincial one as well.
On to the 65 club. my neighbor was "bragging" about not needed a fishing license anymore LoL.

awesome, I forgot about that, it's gonna be nice to not have to buy a fishing lic next spring! But, I betya the free one is just a conservative one!
