I might be wrong but I think one can hunt on private land if it;s not posted. Would be a good thing to ask for permission but it's not illegal imo.

Lots of driving without licenses.... usually a good indicator you're dealing with losers. Agreed, should be at minimum a 5-10 year ban on hunting outright.

Agreed but it would never be enforced on a reservation.

I don't know but are FN's allowed to drive on reserve lands without a drivers's licence?
