How is the fit of these with your TNA uppers. Is the hand guard rail and the upper flush with each other?

I haven't seen the new TNA uppers yet (first shipment coming in a couple of weeks), but they should fit fine based on our experience with our other products. If you like I can do a test-fit for you when the TNA uppers come into stock. Let me know which length you want so that I can test-fit the exact pieces that we will ship to you.

Those uppers are finally in stock
Here's a pic of our 15" Keymod Max handguard connected to the TNA stripped upper. Please excuse the wear marks on the handguard, it's the demo piece
