In my experience the low comb stock has no effect on value as both work well with a scope if it's mounted correctly. . I have both high and low comb stocks on my pre-64 M70's and mount the scope low on the low comb and a tad higher with the high comb stocks. . If the scope is mounted a tad too high with the low comb stock it can be PIA for sure.
The re-blue and wood refinish cuts the value in half. . If it's that noticeable, more than half. . I learned it's wise to pass on these type of guns and wait for an original and when you do get an original, for a few dollars more, you realize the value of originality.
