XCR Range Report

Yup, they had a gas system issue and depending on the ammo you feed you'll see the results you did. Many reports and proof of sub MOA when cooking a load. I'm glad you're all sorted and happy. I'm considering replacing my FAST stocks, they're functional but not comfortable, I've never had an issue with slop (and they can also be tightened)

The guys at Wolverine are awesome.

...I had a problem three years ago and I was getting close to the end of warranty. I still haven't heard back from Robinson. I'm pretty bitter about that. I left the nicest voice mails and wrote an eloquent email. ...nothing! Not one reply. I sent them the sickest pictures. Not even a compliment on my photography skills. Do you know how hard it is to get the lighting right on macro photography of shiny metal. They didn't even ask me how cool it was when my XCR burst fired.

I contacted Wolverine myself and they got me sorted.

Robinson can cram it with walnuts. I'm glad you got a hold of Robinson. Maybe they haven't got to my voicemails and emails yet. Or they are still trying to come up with an answer.

I'd wager a bet it is the difference of three years...three years ago their sales were still pretty decent and today, maybe not so much.

That's completely unacceptable. There's no way someone paying that much money for a premium product should get treated that way.

And to be fair, I had to call back a few times until I got in touch with a real human. When I did however, they were really good. I definitely give them a bit more slack being a smaller company than the colt arms or Winchester sized companies. I'm not sure even the big boys would have honoured a second hand gun that was well past warranty the way RA did. Hopefully yours was a one off or at the very least they have improved their customer service.

I can't remember how many times I called. But it was many. I was desperate because I was near the end of my warranty and wanted them to fix it. It was like nobody was home.

Anyways. Sorry to hijack the original post.

I love the rifle. I hate the company. Hopefully they have improved since.

I'm sure the op will have a lot of fun with his rifle. I'm glad wolverine improved the accuracy to an acceptable level.

Never delt directly with Wolverine but have delt directly with RA.

I believe the guys name was Chris. Excellent technical help over the phone.
