Can anyone suggestion a good scope mount for the AR flat top and where to get it

I'm looking for a decent mount for an AR, some have recommended the Burris PEPR, and was wondering what else was out there and who stocks them. I'm going to want something a little higher like the PEPR but something a little better made.

ADM for quick release or Aero Precision for half the price really snag free and low profile.

ADM or Bobro's. I'm not a fan of the aero's mounting configuration which sucks because it is a very light mount. If money wasn't an object I wild recommend the Spuhr.

Those ADM mounts seem nice and those Aero precision are pretty dearly priced but I see what you mean with the mounting.

Larue mounts require tools and can damage your rail/receiver. Bobro and ADM have larger contact surfaces, cannot damage your rail and require no tools to adjust.

Agreed, everyone thinks LaRue is the pinnacle of mounting hardware.

I put the pepr on mine, seems to be holding up well. I mainly picked it for the picatinny caps

Rampart is the distributor. They have them on their website. I switched all my Larue over to ADM.

I like my Vortex. Very solid rig.

Aero precision mount is very sleek and much lighter than most of them. I had a PEPR but like the Aero much better. It was not difficult to mount a scope using it.

Got mine from Brownells, make sure you ask for their least expensive shipping option via USPS.
