Question about HS3 and skeleton stock

If I'd like to use HS3 on my Rem700 .308, and with the "Skeleton Rifle Stock V4" or "Skeleton Rifle Stock Lite", do I need to purchase the "MDT MINI BUFFER TUBE" separately for the connection, or it's already been included in either the package of HS3 or the Skeleton Stock?
