Help finding a Tikka T3X Lite in .260 Rem please

Baloney !

Baloney to some, steak to others. I kind of like the way my Savage shoots...

Who cares what your gun groups like...The OP is looking for a Tikka. You must be a used car salesman...always trying to sell you something you don't want.

I'm not trying to sell the OP anything. I just said that the Savage is a better gun than the Tikka, and provided some evidence.

Not all Savages shoot straight. I had to rebarrel a Model 11 in 22-250 to get it to shoot under 2½" at 100M.
Buddy of mine had a 30-06 Model 114....it was a 1½" rifle on it's best days.
Even if it does shoot, it still is what it is. Dave.

A Tikka T3 Lite and Savage LRPV are completely different rifles. Common sense would say a heavy 11 LB bench rifle would shoot better groups then a 5-7/8 lb hunting rifle.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've been looking for a blued T3X Lite in .260 Rem for quite awhile, but no such luck. Found stainless, but it's gotta be blued. Thanks!

I know there is a blue Tikka T3 Lite .260 Rem. at the Rocky Mountain House, AB, Canadian Tire. Unfortunately, no T3X in that caliber though. Just in case you want to settle for a T3.

target pics weren't shot with your run of the mill Savage hunting rifle, the LRPV is a heavy barrel single shot target rifle with a HS Precision stock and chambered in the diminutive, and scary accurate, 6mm BR.....while very impressive, totally not relevant and on topic

I have a Tikka T3 Sporter in 260 that with loads from another rifle, and no load development or break in, and on its first trip to the range shot 5 into 0.227". I guess that makes my rifle better than yours?
