I'm a bit disappointed the Spartans don't come with their usual accoutrements, especially the 2 less factory mags, but I respect Wolverine for their attempts to make good. I'm in it for the rifle. Thanks Wolverine, for arranging this special order, and for doing your best to 'roll with the punches'. In the meantime I shall continue to wait impatiently for it to show up at my door...
 
The RCMP are just doing what it says on the rifles ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ or "come and take". ;)

Thanks, Mr Wolverine for bringing these in. I'm in for one once the dust settles.

We will get back to you as soon as we can, however:


The Manitoba CFO has requested that we stop retail distribution until the SFSS have rendered their decision. All orders placed prior to this notification will stand. Anyone wishing to cancel and receive a full refund can do so.

Since RCMP-SFSS are requesting the Inspection they have told us they will expedite the matter, and as soon as they have received the firearm examples requested they will give us an estimated completion date for their decision.

We are confident the RCMP will agree that these are non restricted.

In order to fully comply with the Manitoba CFO we cannot accept your order but be prepared as soon as these rifles are correctly classified as the sale will start.
 
I thought the conservatives removed the god like power of the cfo's? This is a targeted move to impede a sale of a type of firearm the cfo doesn't like. How many other firearms have special editions that aren't sent to the lab for inspection? This seems so dishonest to do business under these circumstances. It would be the same as sending cars back to the manufacturer because they didn't crash test them with pinstripes initially.
