Installed GRS Stock on my Tikka 204 Varmint.

Cleaned gun and action.

Cleaned glass on scope.

Cleaned 250 cases

Lubed 250 Cases.

Loaded 249 cases, and broke decapping pin on case 250.

Place all rounds into cases.

Install new GRS Stock on Tikka T3, FTx to 44inlbs, RTx to 35inlbs



I went to the range today, Loaded up 249 rounds. I took the rifle, targets, stapler, mags, dewey rod, patches, brushes, bore guide, wipeout, gunbutter, shooting bags, sling. Can anyone else see the problem with my day?

Ammo... the stuff that goes boom... yup, you guessed right. 40 mile trip and ''oh F.... I left the ammo on the kitchen counter''



Hopefully I will remember the ammunition tomorrow and give some kind of report. I am expecting some great things from the combo!!!
 
Oh man that sucks.
Been there , done something similar. Loaded up a big string for load development for the M305, drove 25km to the pit.
Close the bolt, click, WTF? cycle action, feed new round, click. Apparently I didn't put primers in them......

I feel your pain.

closest to that was forgetting targets (well more so relying on club targets, which were sold out) luckily other guys gave me some of their print outs and i was good to go. Same day I forgot key for the trigger lock for my pistols, kinda disappointed but atleast I had a full day @ the range with my rifles before hand.

I'll get some pics up soon. GRS Varminter Red. Sweet setup, the eye alignment from the cheekrest is MILES better than the factory varmint or super varmint tikka stock.

I was holding out for a take off sporter stock, but I am glad this one came along when it did. If you have a Tikka, I dare say this is in the 'must have' column. even before all the altlasworks goodies.

I can deal with the plastic on the bolt, and trigger guard. You really can't appreciate what a good stock feels like until you use one. I'd even skimp a little on optics to afford another if i had to.

High praise indeed.
