Wonderful experience with TradeEx

Probably the wrong forum for this but those who are offended by the error will eventually get over it. I just want to do a quick write up about my recent experience with TradeEx. I recently purchased a couple of shotguns, my first order from TradeEx, and was amazed at how fast they were shipped. The guns were well packaged and were at my doorstep in 2 days from submitting my order. Not to get into too many details, but not to the fault of TradeEx, unfortunately one of the guns wasnt quite what I was expecting. I emailed TradeEx with the details and they responded immediately with instructions to send the gun back and they would offer me a replacement. Within a few more days I had another package at the door with what I consider to be a huge upgrade in my favour. An incredible experience worthy of the best praise possible. What a breath of fresh air it is to deal with such a great company and great people. Well done! TradeEx certainly has gained a client for life!

No it was not. The gun I sent back wasnt reposted

They have given me excellent service and were very patient with me when I had to return a pistol twice due to manufacturing defects. Wonderful company.

I have dealt with them a few times and will again although I just sent a rifle back and was given a refund minus shipping costs which I'm not really tickled about though as the gun did not function. Otherwise I would have been keeping it. So I'm out $55.00 on shipping costs on a defective gun. I know their policy states a full refund will be given for any reason without question for 30 days minus shipping costs. I'm a little surprised that the shipping policy applies to defective guns when it was returned the next day at their suggestion. Otherwise they have been great to deal with and, as I said, I will deal with them again.
