Where to buy Frankfurt Arsenal case prep centre

I've been trying to find a FA case prep centre, with no luck.
Cabelas has them, $260 and free shipping, but back order.
I've tryed to order off two eBay . Com sites, but it won't ship to my PO bx .
Anyone have any idea where I can get one?
