If you have a high quality bolt gun, the cheap ammo isn't worth it in 7.62x39. The corrosive stuff is hard on the gun, and the surplus stuff isn't usually very accurate...
Buy the cheap(er) non-corrosive surplus ammo. Accurize them by pulling the bullets, dumping the powder, and recharging them.
I dump 10 cases into my scale pan. Weigh it, divide by 10 for an average, dump it in the hopper. I then dump 40 more into the hopper, set up he thrower for the wright, and charge them all the same.
You can even use them for hunting if you put SPs in them.

- In fact, you see a lot of SP hunting ammo that's obviously surplus stuff with new bullets. I always thought a SKS would be a respectable deer gun down here in the whitetail woods; you won't see 'em farther than 100 yds away anyway, and you have a couple more quick shots if the first one misses.
