SKS Chassis From Pearce Armoury - ILS Chassis

I was referring to the looks more than anything. Seems like a great idea that may fix alot of ergonomic issues with the SKS, and I think you should definitely keep developing and promoting it; But concerning my taste personally, All the western technology just dosent suit combloc image I expect from my red rifles.

If you want combloc, get a type 81 or vz58 or keep bone stock. If you want a fun gun to blast away with till the barrel Burns out and not feel bad about it, something that can be modded and customized with ar goodies and for a reasonable price, this is one to watch for sure

I love the idea. What is the price on one unit without any buffer, stock, or parts? Can an average DIY guy convert his SKS himself or does it take some skill and possibly a jig? I'm sure there would be some interest from down south too if they new it existed.

Lots of talk but no pics. Here's one.

Ar 3d printed lower last 600 rounds from what i've read online from people doing tests. The are very cheap to make and some young teenages in the Usa keeps making video of their new custom builds. He went from 400$ wich to 800$ which kills the market in my opinion. I was going to buy one until he suddenly decided to not only double the price but also remove the Ak mag feature as well as drastically reduce the quality material going from tech-9 molded to cheap 3d printed Nylon. If only Matador Arms would of taken the concept and make an hybrid with their Sabertooth aluminum chassis! I feel soon someone will make an open source printable version of this and people will be simply printing lowers for a few bucks and when they brake just print another one without having spent 800$ on a 3d print.

Or work with the polymer80 people to make those lowers. There's tons of sks down south and a huge apetite for modding or bubba as they say.

Or of course. 3d print the prototype to work out the bugs for a few bucks a print.... Then use your CAD designs at a CNC milling machine and make the final product out of whatever you want.

pretty cool, ultimately would be nice for lower cost but i commend pearce armoury for workin hard at bringing us SKS fanguys more cool stuff for our cool rifles :) Godspeed and much success i wish you :)
