JB Weld XS Big Dot durability ?

Picked up an XS Big Dot tritium for my wife's grizzly 20 ga. Going to install later tonight.

Really wondering about the durability of JB Welding it on.

Any one with experience on this ?

I JB Welded my Wilson Scattergun front sight after it fell off a couple of years ago.

It's still on.

5 years for mine on a 12" Norc pump. Lots of birdshot and slugs. Good as new!

Guess I'm more concerned about accidentally knocking it vs recoil or barrel heating..

I have one stuck on with jb. Lotsa slugs and bumping around in the last few years, still on. I roughed up both surfaces before installation, not sure if that helped.
