Jury barrels?

We have installed over 20 of his barrels in the last 12-16 mths. All have been excellent shooters. We install 50% Jury Barrels, 30% Benchmark and the rest tend to be Bartliens and Kriegers. We dont hesitate to recommend Jury to anyone looking.

Bob is excellent to deal with. The lead times are good on barrels made to order. All barrels are cut rifled and hand lapped. I personally run one on my 7LRM an it shoots 1/4moa which seems to pretty normal on most of they builds we have put out with his barrels.

Plus you get to support Canadian!!

Shane

I thought Bob did not lap his barrels?

Dave, what kind of 'furnace' are planning on putting behind that 6mm BJ barrel?

I have a Remington 700 "Classic" in 6mm Remington that has no throat left, so will stuff the Jury barrel on it and chamber
it up the same again. One difference is the twist, the Remington was 1 - 9¼", the Jury is 1-8"

I will send the 95 -105's on their way with one of these: Norma MRP, H4831, IMR7828, VV N165 or N560, H1000, Reloder 23.

Lighter pills will likely get W760, Hybrid 100V or one of the 4350's.
Dave.

Sounds good, those 105 class bullets fly way better than they should.

Jury barrel was 485 shipped to B.C. and Benchmark was bang on 600 shipped. Im a little dissapointed in the Jury bashing going on in this thread as this wasnt my intention when I mentioned I got cold feet on it. I have not used his product so I cant comment on his barrel quality nor should anybody else who hasnt tried them out. My Benchmark showed up and is on the way to the smith for my rifle build. I just felt better getting a Benchmark instead of the Jury from my past experience using Benchmarks.

Yes, isn't it amazing that the majority "giving advice" don't own one and/or have never tried one. The typical response is "the one I own is the best, so you need to try one too".

I have three Jury and one Benchmark. I will buy another Jury no problem. The Benchmark is ok but don't see it as better than the Jury.

I took my BJ barrelled AR to the range yesterday and as usual it did not disappoint.

I narrowed it down to the same 2 choices last week also.

Jury vs Benchmark.

I placed an order for a 6.5mm 8 twist #4 Jury barrel. Insite Arms should have the blank in 3 to 4 weeks.
