M700 trigger

Just wanted to make mention,

Anyone looking to replace the factory trigger on your 700, don't overlook the TriggerTech trigger. I've had a couple Timney's before and the TriggerTech feels much nicer IMO.

I just installed one in my Whelen and gave it a workout at the range. Very nice trigger.

They're basically $200 to your door. I ordered mine from CTC (because they were close to me), but the going rate seems to be $160 or so + tax/shipping.

Canada Ammo shows them as stocked.

Ive been shopping around a bit for triggers also. I would like to essentially have the same trigger on my deer rifle and bench rifle. I love the the timneys. I tried a trigger tech and I thought it was great also. I was told that the trigger techs biggest fall back is the after sale support. A dealer here also mentioned the quality being less than the other contenders.

Why did you replace the factory trigger?

The factory trigger was fine,

It started off with a cheesy reason..... I wanted a silver (coloured) trigger and safety. I would have tracked down a factory one but the Triggertech trigger had a nicer shoe on it, and the adjustment system is pretty slick.
