Lots of us use the one that goes on sale at C-tire every second week. Works well.
i just lay all the brass on the floor with a towel underneath and let it dry for 24 hours.
i have enough clean brass that i dont need to rush the drying process so i used the brass dryer money for reloading components.

I just spread them out on a tray (baking tray works) lined with paper towels and a fan set low, blowing over them. Dries in 3hrs or in drier winter months, it'll dry in 2hrs. I find it a waste of money to use alcohol or ovens to speed up the process but to each their own.

For theses who are scared to aneal their brass in a kitchen oven, well brass need to be heated to over 600 F which is higher than the capacity of a kitchen oven.
Stick'em in @ 300F is the fastest and simplest way to get them dry

In the oven 15-20 minutes 200 f on a cookie sheet done..
On a piece of cardboard on the floor unless I'm in a hurry, then it's into the oven at 300. To reduce water spots make sure it's one layer.
I like the cardboard because it's easy for me to run the magnet over everything. If I used a towel I'd get yelled at.

I dump it on newspapers and use a fan. The newsprint wicks away the moisture much faster than a hard surface. Usually the brass is dry in 30 minutes.
If I'm in a real hurry I dump the brass in a large Tupperware container with layers of newspaper on the bottom and use a $10 hairdryer in one hand while slowly stirring the brass with my other hand. 5 minutes.

In a mesh metal basket on/in a heating duct for the night.
For quick drying I use 99% isopropanol. Put brass into a container, cover with alcohol and swish around a couple time's. Remove brass and shake off.Pour remainer of alcohol back into bottle and go put away. Brass is almost dry at that point

Cookie sheet, or pie trays are easy to find at the 2nd hand store.

I dry my brass in the clothes drier with the stationary rack set in place inside the drum and a small folded towel on top of the rack.
The permanent press cycle keeps the brass from getting too hot.
