US M14 Parts Kits

How will these kits ship? I have to leave the country for a few months in late November, and I guess I want to know if I order one can my wife pick it up at post office and bring home... she doesn't have a pal... maybe silly question since I guess it's just parts, but.... thanks in advance...

A USGI bolt is at least $500, and you want a full parts kit for 4?

Mr. Wolverine has already said he expects the price to be around 1k (Which he will be trying his best to keep to) or possibly more.
