Finally got my first handgun 😎

So I finally got my first handgun the other day. Soon to be the second handgun I've ever fired. I went with an older early 80's ruger single six convertible. I'm pretty excited to take it to the range. Feels like a pretty solid made firearm.
I haven't even fired it yet and part of my brain is already eye balling a Blackhawk....

does anyone step back and look at there collection and say "Finally complete, I'll never have to buy another gun again".

I've been fortunate enough to look back and go yeah I'd sell these 3 because i have too many... knowing i still want 1 more... then i see something shiny and go and that too....

Yeah I'm looking into learning to reload for my 45-70. Maybe even casting my own bullets too

Congrats on your first purchase. It's only the first of many to follow. I started out with my first purchase being a Glock. Then it occurred to me that I have this wonderful Stack-On Total Defense Safe that is advertised as being able to hold 22 guns so I'm still working on it.

I've decided it's some sort of disease! One from which, I have to admit, I don't want a cure. I got my RPAL 6 months ago and I have 12 handguns........so far.
The problem at our house is that both my husband and I have the same disease - must be contagious or something. (rolls eyes)

Congrats on the pistol. As for ding done with a collection for my long guns I am done. Nothing more I want. Pistols I want 1 or 2 more.
